Hidayatullah is an Indonesian illustrator who creates warm, colorful, and playful images inspired by childhood memories, local culture, and everyday life.

He has a background in Visual Communication Design and uses illustration as a way to tell stories. His work combines simple research and imagination to create visuals that feel joyful, nostalgic, and meaningful.

He mainly works on children’s illustrations and story based projects. Through expressive lines and vibrant compositions, he hopes to create images that feel familiar and enjoyable for a wide audience.

Dayat has worked with cultural and governmental institutions on educational and storytelling projects, helping bring local stories into a contemporary visual form.

Alongside commissioned work, he also develops personal projects that explore cultural storytelling and reinterpret Indonesian traditions in a fresh and accessible way.
